Who we are

Lead forms (LinkedIn & site forms): name, email, job title, company, and your responses to optional questions (e.g., bottleneck).
Newsletter sign-ups: email address (via our site form or Substack).
Contact emails: whatever you send us.
Analytics: we use Plausible, a privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics tool. It collects only aggregated usage data (page URLs, referrer, approximate location by country, device type, browser). No personal profiles, no cross-site tracking.

Send the resource you requested (e.g., checklist, templates) and related follow-ups.
Operate our newsletter and share new playbooks or updates (only if you opted in).
Respond to messages and provide support.
Understand aggregate usage to improve our content and products.

We rely on consent (when you submit a form or sign up) and our legitimate interests (basic analytics, site security).

We don’t sell your data. We use service providers to run Aquilario:
